New season, new flavours! Skylight introduces an all-new elevated winter menu curated by W's new Executive Chef, Olivier Le Calvez. Dive into some of the new showstoppers such as SMOKED CHARRED OCTOPUS with shishito peppers, potato foam, and paprika oil; SEARED SCALLOPS with dash beurre blanc and showstoppers, s red Swiss chard; and CORNISH HEN with harissa jus. W Toronto is bringing live music to the Living Room! Join us on Friday nights for eclectic performances by local artists, where you can enjoy a fusion of soul, R&B, funk, and smooth jazz. On the weekends, don’t miss THE ARCHIVE, featuring 70's soul, jazz, and funk, rare grooves, 80's rollerboogie, disco, and a blend of soulful and classic house music from local DJs. Feel the rhythm while savouring our neighborhood-inspired tapas menu and signature cocktails. Plus, enjoy half-off bottles of select wines from 8 PM to 12 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
